France’s second biggest town adopts the Parkoview (now Upciti) solution, first of all with an application specifically devoted to urban area logistics issues. In a town like Marseille, delivery zones in public spaces are spots that are in high demand and therefore strategic. Delivery zones are a central link in goods deliveries, ensuring the vitality of town centre shops. Correct use and effective supervision of these places depends on, among other things, the quality of traffic flow.
